Key activities:

1.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to geopolitics, China's economic, industrial and technology policies, supply chains, and cybersecurity.
2.
Collect, synthesize, and present both qualitative and quantitative data in clear, impactful formats, assisting in the preparation of client communications and research deliverables.
3.
Actively participate in internal team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and professional training to develop your consulting skills.
4.
Collaborate with our experts to shape strategic insights and recommendations for clients.

Requirements:

1.
Studies in economics, political science, business administration, (Chinese) law, China studies, data science, or related fields.
2.
Work experience and/or proven expertise related to geopolitics, international relations, information technology, artificial intelligence, supply chain analysis, U.S. policy or China policy.
3.
Strong willingness to and comfort in engaging with new topics, industries, and methodologies.
4.
Experience in transforming complex qualitative and quantitative information into compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations.
5.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and a drive to grow professionally.
6.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
7.
Client-oriented mindset, demonstrated through relevant work experience.
8.
Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential; proficiency in Chinese is highly valued, and other languages are a bonus.

Important:
We only accept applications from candidates who are enrolled at a Chinese university for the full internship period. We offer internships in the following time slots: January-March, April-June, July- September, October-December. If these time frames don't fully align with your schedule, you're still welcome to apply. Please note your preferred dates in your application.
