

Francesca Nicolodi is an intern associate at Sinolytics, where she monitors regulatory and geopolitical dynamics for corporate and institutional clients.
Before joining Sinolytics, Francesca gained policy experience across European and Chinese institutions. At the Councillor for French Citizens Abroad in Shanghai, she brokered cross-sector alignment that contributed to the removal of France's post-graduate work permit cap. She also served in the advocacy and policy team at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai, producing strategic briefings on UK-China regulatory shifts for executives and civil servants.
Francesca's experience in digital governance, social inclusion, and geopolitical risk is encompassing. She was selected to lead a team of EU policymakers with CIVICA, delivering recommendations on disinformation and AI governance to the European Parliament.
Francesca holds an MSc in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Public Management from Fudan University. She is a native French and Italian speaker, proficient in Spanish, and intermediate in Mandarin and German.
